What hair products for black hair will help you grow, optimal or olive oil?

I was wondering what shampoo and conditioner be good to change. Right now, I use Garnier, but after hearing that a SLS, I was afraid to damage the hair. I mean feeding back the great olive oil and excellent and I was wondering what the best product. Thank you for the answer.

Well, it depends on how you wash your hair. I sincerely believe that all shampoos and conditioners are the same and most of them are not designed for African American hair, especially Garnier.
